A Message From Vale Inco

June 18, 2010 marks the date for our 8th annual Golf for a Cure Tournament. Vale Inco is proud to present this tournament which affords a unique opportunity for volunteers, sponsors, golfers, cancer survivors and the community to raise funds to fight cancer. Volunteers organize and present the tournament. Sponsors donate money, prizes, gifts in kind and their time. Golfers play 18 holes of golf, compete for prizes and enjoy each other's company. Cancer survivors attend to add their support. The community helps by giving pledge money to golfers. All tournament proceeds are given to the Sudbury Unit of the Canadian Cancer Society. To date, the tournment has raised $250,000+ for the CCS.

This past year has been a tough year for Greater Sudbury. We need all support possible in order to make 2010 a banner year for our Golf for a Cure Tournament.
